Reading FT, there's a full page advertisement by a renown FI about 'congratulating' the newly appointed MDs. There are nine-nine eighty-one of them with photos, and 8 of them are ladies. So where in the world are these 'women leaders'? 3 in London, 2 in New York, 2 in our dear HK and 1 in Paris.
I believe the HK proportion is indeed high in light of this particular 'diversity'.
